Contractors Answering Service was formed by Todd Cardin to bring the operator and the contractor together. Cardin notes that most contractors have reverted to voice mail to handle their calls, which has driven many of these small size companies out of business. Seven out of ten callers do not leave a message on voice mail. A service was needed to focus on the needs of the American Contractor.
